Jim Bob Duggar Gives Potential Husbands 50 Page Survey: What Does He Ask Them?
If you want to date a Duggar girl, you will need to get Jim Bob’s permission to do it. He is overprotective of his girls and last night on “Counting On” the girls and their significant others talked about how Jim Bob actually gives the guys a questionnaire that they said is about 50 pages long!
They all started talking about filling out the application. Jessa teased that it was 30 pages long. The producer had no idea that they had to do this for him. Jeremy said it was a 50-page questionnaire and when he returned it he made it 105 pages long. Ben said that he was already with Jessa at that point, and so did Derick Dillard. He tested this out on these two guys and then made plans to do it in the future before they start courting.
Jeremy explained that it was basically so you could get to know the person. Jessa explained that the girls got to read them, too. She did sound okay with it because she said that it was a lot of things that you wouldn’t have thought about asking.
This is a pretty extensive questionnaire to start dating a Duggar girl, but if a guy is serious about it, then he won’t be afraid to do it. Now any guy thinking about dating a Duggar girl will know that this paperwork is coming in the future.
Are you shocked to hear that Jim Bob Duggar has a questionnaire for the guys who want to court his daughters? Do you think this is a good idea? Sound off in the comments below on your thoughts, and don’t miss new episodes of “Counting On” when they air on Tuesdays on TLC.
WHEN JIM BOB WANTED TO MARRY MICHELLE, DID HE HAVE TO GO THRU WHAT HE IS DOING TO THE GIRLS BOYFRIENDS. I FELT SORRY FOR JEREMY WHEN HE GRILLED HIM OVER A MEAL WITH JEREMY’S PARENTS THERE.
I definitely agree with it. The parents need tp know if the guys that their daughters are interested in are the right fit for them. I also agree that guys need to ask the dad for their daughter’s hand before they propose.
I want JimBob to write a book and put the list of questions in it.
